Midwest Regional Sales & Growth Lead

JCB North America is seeking a Full Time Field Sales Representative in Minnesota to drive retail sales growth for JCB products. The candidate will motivate and train dealer sales teams, communicate promotional programs, and support dealer sales plans, while maintaining strong relationships with dealer personnel and end-users. Required qualifications include 2+ years in sales or marketing, and a preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, as well as relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is also important.
