Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Content Manager. This role is based onsite at Converse HQ with a traditional hybrid model allowing work from home on Fridays. The position is initially for a maternity leave cover with an expected contract length of 17 weeks and 5 days, with a possible extension to 6 months.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in creating, maintaining, and publishing content from a CMS, and/or in an ecommerce operational function.
Experience in SFCC and First Spirit CMS, or a demonstrated ability to learn and onboard new tools.
Experience with customer-facing digital products is preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce, HTML, and CSS.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Ability to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis.
Prior work experience at Converse or in a similar industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with an expert CMS to manage different areas of the Converse website.
Create, maintain, and publish digital content to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
