Job Description:

Lead product strategy and execution focused on user identity and access features, including efforts to monetize account sharing for a major streaming platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy for user authentication and access.

Lead cross-functional discovery and product development.

Design and manage A/B tests for optimization.

Collaborate with design, research, and data science teams.

Develop detailed product documentation and track performance metrics.

Report product impact and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

2+ years in product roles for subscription-based products.

4+ years in full-cycle product development.

1+ year experience with experimentation or A/B testing.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with streaming media industry.

Strong understanding of competitive streaming platforms.

Experience launching apps on partner platforms.

Strategic roadmap planning and analytics proficiency.

Strong soft skills including emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership.
