Summary
Charles Taylor is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a foundation in marketing principles and a proven track record of contributing to successful teams. Proficient in market research, event coordination, social media management, content creation, and email lead gen campaign execution with excellent communication and organizational skills. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and adapt to dynamic work environments. Eager to leverage creativity and analytical abilities to support the achievement of marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategy, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content
Develop written marketing content, including social media posts, sell sheets, website copy, email campaigns, and other collateral aligned with brand standards
Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and promotional initiatives, including vendor management, logistics oversight, and on-site support to ensure a seamless experience
Oversee promotional merchandise programs, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory management
Manage and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns, including high-volume communications, audience segmentation, and performance optimization to support lead generation
Collaborate with external agencies to produce marketing materials, providing direction, managing timelines, and ensuring quality and brand consistency
Work cross-functionally to align messaging across campaigns, channels, and business units
Maintain and manage marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and usability for ongoing campaigns and reporting
Support digital marketing efforts, including campaign planning, content scheduling, and engagement/performance tracking
Provide administrative and operational support, including KPI reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
Skills
Expert knowledge with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Working knowledge of databases or knowledge management systems
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience with social media, CRM or marketing automation software required
Experience working in a remote, work from home environment
Related Work Experience
High proficiency in self-managing project details
Ability to comprehend and organize complex materials according to requirements
Ability to use judgment to plan, accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
Independent research and fact-finding abilities
Ability to work with minimal direction and proactively seek guidance as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (English, marketing or business administration is a plus) from a four-year accredited college/university.
Minimum of 3 years of business/ relevant working experience
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Manage complex projects that may require overtime hours
Desire for career growth
Available for travel (10%)
