We’re looking for someone who knows how to make content pop.
You’ve created or helped create viral short‑form videos before — you understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch, and share.
Now we want you to bring that creative instinct to our team.
What You’ll Do
Research and break down trending short videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Extract hook, pain point, and emotional turning logic from viral content
Write short, scroll‑stopping Hook Scripts (5–30 seconds) that fit our product direction
Turn ideas into clear creative briefs for our internal or UGC creators
Basic editing work in CapCut (or similar tools) — cutting, combining, and fine‑tuning short clips
Communicate with our marketing internal team for collaboration and feedback
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience creating or scripting viral short‑form videos (please include examples or portfolio links)
Strong sense of what performs on TikTok / Instagram
Ability to translate creative ideas into structured briefs
Skilled in CapCut, or other editing software
Bilingual (Mandarin/English) — big plus
Real estate Marketing familiarity — nice to have
Based in the U.S., available to collaborate during EST working hours
Open to part‑time & remote work
About the Role
This is a flexible, project‑based role — ideal for a creator who’s already active on social media or freelancing in short‑form content production.
We’re not looking for a full‑time editor — we’re looking for someone who gets content that connects.
