Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Volunteer IT / Digital Media Support Specialist

to assist with the design, maintenance, and ongoing updates of our website and to help strengthen our presence across social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to use your technical expertise to support a mission-driven organization and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and enhance the Bullock Hope House® website (content, layout, functionality)
Assist in improving user experience (UX) and website performance
Ensure website is mobile-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO)
Collaborate with leadership on content updates, announcements, and campaigns
Support and manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Help create and schedule engaging social media content aligned with our mission
Monitor analytics and provide recommendations for improving digital engagement
Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to web and digital platforms as needed
Qualifications
Experience in website design and management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web best practices preferred
Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a team
Passion for supporting nonprofit work and community impact
Time Commitment
Flexible schedule; approximately 5–10 hours per month (or as agreed upon)
