What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on new and existing business
Drive net new revenue from enterprise accounts and ensure AEs are equipped for success
Oversee existing business motion, focusing on revenue retention and expansion
Design and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies for acquiring and expanding enterprise customers
Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and align on campaign strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and owning substantial revenue numbers
Experience in managing both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand motions
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build and execute scalable GTM strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Martech or Adtech environments
Proven ability to thrive in early-stage or high-growth companies
Familiarity with building sales playbooks for multiple sales motions
Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
