Your Mission :
ProspectBase eagerly seeks an Account Director, Enterprise who shares our passion for data-driven, digital media solutions and thrives in our dynamic atmosphere. What You'll Do :
Drive consultative sales of ProspectBase’s B2B product portfolio to marketers
Exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly salestargets through strategic planning and execution
Innovate methods to promote and accelerate sales goals achievement within the region
Cultivate relationships with enterprise accounts, ensuring new business, renewals, and upsells
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreementswith clients
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to surpass annual sales goals
Act as a digital marketing consultant, leveraging industry best practices to support client revenue objectives
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients
Work closely with internal teams to drive client success and satisfaction
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Your Profile/Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly within large enterprise accounts
Proven track record of meeting annual targets exceeding $2 million USD
5+ years of successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions to marketing leadership
Familiarity with ProspectBase and/or Account-Based Marketing is advantageous
Strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate our capabilities
Consultative sales approach with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
