Job Overview
We’re helping our client find a highly detail-oriented Content Reviewer / Ad Creative Editor to serve as the final quality control checkpoint for high-volume Meta ad creatives. In this role, you will review and approve large volumes of ad content while ensuring all assets meet brand standards, platform guidelines, and performance expectations before launch.
Responsibilities
Review and approve a high volume of ad creatives (static, video, and copy) daily
Act as the final gatekeeper before assets are deployed into Meta ad accounts
Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards
Identify errors in copy, design, formatting, and overall execution
Validate compliance with Meta advertising policies and best practices
Provide clear, actionable feedback to internal editors and creative teams
Maintain consistency and quality across all outgoing ad creatives
Collaborate with creative, media buying, and marketing teams to uphold performance standards
Must-Have
3+ years of experience in content review, creative QA, or ad editing (agency or e-commerce preferred)
Strong understanding of Meta ad formats, policies, and creative best practices
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
Proven ability to manage high volumes of content under tight deadlines
Strong written communication skills for clear and concise feedback
Familiarity with performance-driven creative (DTC/e-commerce)
Experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
Nice-to-Have
Background in video editing, graphic design, or copywriting
Experience working with high-volume ad production teams
Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
