This Role is NOT a Good Fit If:

You’re a strong writer but don’t enjoy the operational, systemic side of documentation work.

You’ve built your career primarily in content creation, copywriting, marketing writing, or journalism.

You find editing and rewriting other people’s work tedious or frustrating.

You need creative latitude to do your best work. This role has defined standards, and your job is to hit it consistently. Suggesting improvements in processes or formats is appreciated, but taking creative liberties is not.

You need consistent direction and micromanagement.

You haven’t meaningfully integrated AI tools into your workflow and rely on manual writing or “old-school” drafting/organization methods.

You struggle with Microsoft OneDrive beyond basic file saving.

You tend to work on multiple things at once and end up with many incomplete documents, rather than completing one thing fully before moving to the next.

You struggle with initiating work projects, organization, or communication in general and tend to get overwhelmed easily.

We are intentional about creating a work environment that supports both high-quality work and the people doing it. We aim to provide our team with the structure, resources, and flexibility needed to do meaningful work while maintaining personal well-being.

We recognize that employees have responsibilities and priorities outside of work, and we respect and support that with our policies and benefits.

We are a fully remote team, allowing team members to work from where they are most comfortable and to avoid unnecessary commuting and overhead.

Fully remote
