CaseDesign&DistributionStrategy: Actasthe"technicalarchitect."Youwillhelpadvisorsstructurecomplexannuityandincomestrategies,ensuringeverycaseisoptimizedfortheclient’slegacyandthefirm’snationaldistributiongoals.

Front-LineCoaching: Leaddailyhuddlesandreal-timecallcoaching.Youareresponsiblefortheconstantimprovementofyourteam’ssalesskills,objectionhandling,andclosingtechniques.

RadicalAccountability: Owntheregion'snumbers.Youwilltrackdailyactivity,talktime,andleadconversionmetricsfor20–25advisors,ensuringtheteamhitstheproductionpacerequiredforournextphaseofgrowth.
