Responsibilities
You will be responsible for helping to define design systems and define common templates/wireframes for functionality. You should be able to look at specific population workflows in systems and envision how those workflows fit within a consolidated system.
Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex prototypes.
Experience conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are outlined accurately.
Utilize government‑specified technology to produce interactive content and analytic product templates.
Portfolio showcasing your work.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in a large‑scale Federal IT Program.
Knowledge of recent design standards and trends.
Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $53,900—$120,100 USD.
