Job Summary
We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our digital marketing business, with a strong sales focus on 70% Performance Marketing and 30% Social Media Marketing. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for our agency. This position does not emphasize Website Development, Google My Business, or SEO services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive end‑to‑end sales for Performance Marketing (PAID ADS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead‑gen & conversion campaigns).

Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through outbound Business Development, sales networking, and referrals.

Understand client business goals and propose customized Performance Marketing solutions.

Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations focused on ROI‑driven marketing outcomes.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing campaigns and upsell opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, media, creative) to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Market & Revenue Growth

Track market trends in social media and performance marketing.

Identify opportunities to expand accounts and cross‑sell relevant services.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

Proven experience selling Performance Marketing services & Social Media services.

Strong understanding of platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
