Overview
This role is responsible for the execution and coordination of email and SMS marketing across our artist roster. You’ll build campaigns, manage fan data, and help ensure our direct to fan systems are working effectively across teams.

You’ll work directly with the VP of Digital and collaborate closely with executive leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate inside CRM platforms while contributing to broader marketing conversations and company-wide initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Direct to Fan Marketing (Core Responsibility)

Build and execute email and SMS campaigns across multiple artists using platforms like Klaviyo and Laylo

Write and improve campaign copy, including subject lines, SMS messaging, and call to action

Coordinate with artist teams to ensure consistent monthly campaign execution across the roster

Support release campaigns, tour announcements, merch drops, and fan engagement initiatives

Audience & Data Management

Build and manage audience segmentation across CRM platforms

Maintain list health, including data imports, exports, suppression, and subscriber quality

Ensure proper data capture and organization across platforms and touring

Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements

Lifecycle & Campaign Optimization

Support lifecycle marketing efforts across engagement and retention campaigns

Optimize campaigns for performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Continuously refine messaging and targeting based on performance and audience behavior

Reporting & Insights

Build and deliver campaign reports for internal teams and executive leadership

Translate performance data into clear takeaways and practical recommendations

Track trends across campaigns and identify opportunities to improve results

Cross-Team Coordination

Work across artist teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and on time

Support marketing initiatives across the company, including release planning and campaign rollouts

Assist with onboarding new artists into internal systems and marketing workflows

Research & Marketing Support

Research new tools, platforms, and technology relevant to digital marketing and fan engagement

Support marketing and strategy initiatives led by the VP of Digital and executive team

Contribute to artist pitches and internal planning with research and insights

Consistent and reliable execution of email and SMS campaigns across the roster

Growth in high-quality email and SMS subscriber bases

Strong campaign ideas that improve engagement and fan response

Clear, useful reporting that helps guide decisions

What We’re Looking For

2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or direct to consumer marketing

Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Laylo, or similar)

Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign execution

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities across different teams

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and reliability in execution

Ability to interpret data and apply it to improve future campaigns
