We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Advertising Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimize our paid media campaigns with the objective of reaching people that need our assistance and help. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in performance marketing while working closely with an experienced marketing team in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct daily performance reviews to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and budget expectations.

Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy preparation.

Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal staff to improve conversion performance.

Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.

Perform basic optimizations such as adjusting bids, refining audiences, and improving ad creative relevance.

Stay current with best practices and trends in digital advertising, especially within the legal industry.

Required Qualifications

+2 years of experience in paid advertising or digital marketing.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media platform.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

English B2, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and availability during PST working hours.
