This opportunity allows you to directly contribute to a firm specializing in asset management and reliability consulting – helping organizations across diverse industries improve asset performance, reduce risk, and build sustainable engineering strategies through industry-best practices in work execution, condition-based monitoring, loss elimination, and reliability engineering.

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Industrial Sale Consultant to promote and sell our comprehensive asset optimization services to industrial clients from lead generation to signing of contracts. This 1099 position offers a flexible, travel-based role focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities across a diverse range of industries. We are seeking an individual that currently covers one of the major US geographical regions (West, Mid-west, South West, South East and North East).

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify sales leads within the industrial equipment sector.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services, including governance, systems, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.
Leverage industry-leading sales methods to build client relationships and sell services.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Manage customer interactions and submit weekly reports.

Compensation:
Commission Structure: Tiered commission structure starting at 12% on invoiced contracts with extended retainers. Higher commission rates offered dependent on contract value.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience in a technical or industrial sales role is REQUIRED.
Strong understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must have minimum of 3 years sales experience in an industrial sector.
Must have and manage a current book of business to be successful in this role.
