Sales Manager

to join our team based in

Toyota Preston . In return you will receive a competitive salary of

upto £70,000 including OTE

Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Sales Manager to join our team at Vantage Toyota Preston.

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

About the Role
Thisis an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal, youwill be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by personallydemonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with thecompany and manufacturers brand values.

Youwill also be responsible for all sales activity to deliver profitability andcustomer satisfaction, working with teams across the centre and otherdealerships to provide a seamless service to customers.

About you

Present strong management and coaching skills gained in a similar role and environment

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Hold the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment resulting in great results of outstanding customer service and selling

Hold a full clean UK driving licence
