Responsibilities
Your role as the Marketing Automation Campaign Manager

You’ll be responsible for driving the effective use of marketing automation platforms and ensuring successful campaign execution. This position requires recent, hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and a strong aptitude for marketing technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms. While primarily an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end campaign execution, the position may also involve limited “train-the-trainer” responsibilities to support broader team enablement.

Execute marketing campaigns within automation platforms, including building landing pages, emails, and other assets using templates provided by StructuredWeb or similar systems.

Maintain proper asset management practices and troubleshoot technical issues within the platform as they arise.

Manage incoming campaigns, coordinate timelines, and set expectations with stakeholders.

Apply sound design and marketing judgment to ensure campaigns align with B2B marketing best practices.

Identify issues in templates or assets and drive resolution rather than executing blindly.

Qualifications

Proficiency with marketing automation and drag-and-drop tools such as StructuredWeb, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo.

Strong project management skills to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.

General design and marketing awareness, including understanding of CTA hierarchy, whitespace, type, and logo treatment.

Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals.

Ability to learn new platforms quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technologies.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Canva Magic, Notion AI) to improve daily workflows.

Ability to solve problems and enhance productivity through practical AI applications.

Comfortable adopting new AI technologies and integrating them into routine tasks.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is

$40 to $60 per hour . The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
