Senior Sales Manager – Singapore
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with an established record of advertising sales leadership and revenue generation in the Singapore market, as well as a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. In this role, you will manage our sales efforts across multiple sales verticals for Singapore. You should be confident, hardworking, and enjoy a fun environment. This role will be based in Singapore.
What You’ll Do
In collaboration with the Region’s Head of Sales and peers, help define the sales strategy and drive execution across a variety of brand verticals and agencies in Singapore.
Collaborate with our regional customer success management team & regional campaign management teams to generate demand and convert sales revenue.
Leverage existing relationships with the top 4 Agency Holding Companies (WPP Media, OMC, Publicis, Assembly Global, and Dentsu) to build, sustain, and grow a dedicated book of business together with the market teams, while proactively identifying and seeking new client and industry relationships to optimize revenue.
Represent InMobi Group in the advertising community by seeking out and participating at industry events.
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.
Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross‑functional teams, and business partners.
Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations.
Work with agency heads and their planning & implementation teams to include InMobi solutions in their digital media campaigns for Singapore.
Who You Are
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of digital advertising sales experience in the Singapore market.
Candidates should possess a valid work authorisation for Singapore.
Experience in crafting vertical narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long‑range strategic partnerships.
Strong relationships with agencies (especially with WPP Media, Publicis & Assembly Global) and decision makers in the Singapore market.
Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy and measure advertising campaigns in Singapore both programmatic and insertion IO (brand and performance business).
Highly customer‑oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines.
Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively.
Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas.
Strong presentation, communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
Passionate about the future of audio within the advertising media mix.
Self‑starter and results‑oriented.
Good external speaking and media interaction experience.
