Growth Marketing Manager (Paid + Organic Acquisition)

About the Role
We’re hiring a highly execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth across both paid and organic acquisition channels. This is not a coordination or “campaign management only” role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to generate pipeline, scale qualified lead acquisition, improve conversion efficiency, and turn attention into measurable revenue growth.
You will own strategy, execution, optimization, testing, tracking, and performance across multiple channels. This role combines performance marketing, organic growth, content strategy, funnel optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation.

What You’ll Own
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Build and manage campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Emerging paid channels.
Launch campaigns end-to-end: targeting, audience segmentation, tracking, ad copy, creatives, optimization.
Build full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on: B2B lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion optimization.
Continuously test: hooks, messaging, creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages.
2. Organic & Social Growth
Own organic growth across: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with paid acquisition goals.
Test messaging organically before scaling through paid.
Build: audience engagement, brand visibility, inbound demand, community traction.
Identify emerging growth opportunities and platform trends early.
3. Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaign performance daily.
Optimize for: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR, pipeline growth.
Run structured A/B testing across: creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Adapt quickly to: platform updates, algorithm shifts, attribution/privacy changes.
4. Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
Own: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM structures.
Analyze funnel performance across paid and organic channels.
Build clear, insight-driven reporting dashboards.
Translate performance data into actionable growth recommendations.
Identify funnel bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align marketing initiatives with: sales goals, pipeline targets, revenue objectives.
Collaborate with: designers, content creators, leadership, sales teams.
Improve: landing pages, messaging, creatives, funnel performance.
Contribute to broader lifecycle and growth initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience.
Strong platform-native experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Experience running campaigns across: X, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, multi-channel ecosystems.
Proven success generating: qualified leads, measurable pipeline, revenue growth.
Deep understanding of: PPC, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, attribution, conversion tracking.
Strong experience with: GA4, Google Tag Manager, performance reporting.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills focused on conversion.
Ability to independently: launch, optimize, scale campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with: organic social growth, content-led acquisition, inbound marketing.
Familiarity with: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo.
Experience managing: multiple accounts, high ad spend budgets.
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
Google Ads / Meta certifications.
