In this role, you will be responsible for the full visual lifecycle of our marketing campaigns—from the digital ads that attract buyers online to the physical signage that guides them into our sales centers.Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & ContentSocial Media Assets: Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and short-form visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage home buyers.Website & Landing Pages: Create clean, user-friendly website layouts, headers, and visual sections to make finding available homes and floor plans intuitive.Email & Digital Campaigns: Develop digital flyers, email newsletters, and digital display ads to promote specific neighborhoods, mortgage rate deals, and home-buying incentives.Print Media & On-Site MarketingSales Office Collateral: Design high-quality printed brochures, floor plan inserts, community lookbooks, and pricing sheets for prospective buyers visiting our sales offices.On-Site & Outdoor Signage: Create large-scale outdoor signage, including highway billboards, neighborhood entry signs, flags, and directional "A-frame" signs to guide traffic to open houses.Direct Mail & Publications: Format layouts for printed postcards, neighborhood launch invitations, and local real estate magazine advertisements.Brand Stewardship & CollaborationBrand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly match our established corporate brand colors, typography, and professional guidelines.Team Collaboration: Work directly with the internal marketing, sales, and executive teams to turn promotional ideas into finished designs quickly.Qualifications:Software ExpertiseAdobe Creative Suite: Expert proficiency in Photoshop (for editing home/lagoon photos), Illustrator (for vector logos and maps), and InDesign (for multi-page print layouts and brochures).Figma: Experience designing website layouts and mobile screen mockups.Design & Production FundamentalsPrint Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed lines, margins, crop marks, and preparing error-free, "print-ready" PDF files for commercial printing vendors.Material & Scale Awareness: Experience designing graphics intended for large-scale physical production, ensuring images and typography remain crisp and readable from a distance (e.g., billboards).Layout & Typography: A strong eye for clean spacing, choosing readable fonts, and organizing complex property information clearly on a page.What We OfferCompetitive salary ($70K–$80K)Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)PTO and holidaysGrowth opportunities as the company expandsA collaborative, innovative work environmentMegatel Homes is transforming homebuilding with innovative, master planned Lagoon communities that bring resort style living into everyday life.
