Audio Engineer | $65/hr Remote

Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS.
Demonstrate end-to-end audio production workflows from concept to final mix.
Experiment with sound design, layering, and real-time adjustments during production.
Apply professional mixing techniques to refine and enhance audio quality.
Clearly communicate creative decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share feedback and improve workflow capture.
Ensure final audio outputs meet industry standards for quality and consistency.
Requirements

Strong experience using Ardour and/or LMMS for audio production.
Strong foundation in audio editing, mixing, and music production workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build and refine multi-track audio projects from scratch.
Detail-oriented approach to producing high-quality audio assets.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and creative challenges.
