About the role
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator: Junior TikTok Shop Strategist to support the growth of TikTok Shop accounts for some of the most exciting e-commerce brands in the world.

This is an entry-level, execution-focused role designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working within clear processes. You’ll work closely with a Senior TikTok Shop Strategist to help manage creators, support account health, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

If you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited about social commerce, this role is a great place to start and grow.

What you’ll do

Review and approve TikTok creators based on defined criteria

Communicate with creators to ensure they understand expectations and next steps

Help manage creator onboarding and ongoing creator relationships

Support creator outreach efforts and ensure pipelines stay active

Assist with maintaining overall TikTok Shop account health

Monitor basic performance indicators and support account growth initiatives

Work cross-functionally with strategy and operations team members

Follow and execute clearly defined processes and workflows

Contribute to consistent, accurate internal updates and reporting

What we’re looking for

0–1 years of experience in marketing, operations, social media, or a related field

Strong ability to follow processes and instructions consistently

Proactive mindset and strong ownership mentality

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Comfortable being client-adjacent with support and guidance

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Detail-oriented and reliable with repetitive tasks

Interest in TikTok, creators, or e-commerce

Compensation
