Role Overview
As our Ad Platform Coordinator Intern, you’ll be responsible for executing and monitoring paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and Google. You’ll help build ad sets, track delivery and budget pacing, implement updates from the strategist, and flag any errors or issues that arise during campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and publish ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and/or Google Ads

Monitor ad delivery status, budget pacing, and performance visibility

Implement changes to ad copy, creative, targeting, or budgets as directed by the strategist

Flag and troubleshoot issues such as disapprovals, low delivery, or broken links

Maintain internal campaign tracking systems and update asset links and UTM parameters

Support testing and QA to ensure ads match specs and launch correctly

Qualifications

Familiarity with one or more ad platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions

Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital task tracking toolsInterest in digital advertising, media buying, or campaign execution

Bonus: Experience managing or monitoring ad campaigns in a prior role or class

Organized, precise, and dependable when handling backend details

Calm under pressure and quick to flag or solve platform errors

A strong communicator who keeps others updated on status or blockers

Curious about how ads perform and how optimizations are implemented
