We’re looking for a highly creative, culture-obsessed Social Media Intern to help bring our artists and brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. This person lives and breathes internet culture, understands what makes content go viral, and is excited to experiment, iterate, and build audiences.
What You’ll Do
Create, edit, and post short-form content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)
Brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with artist rollouts and trends
Create and manage day-to-day posting across owned & operated accounts
Identify and jump on emerging TikTok/IG trends in real-time
Collaborate with marketing and A&R teams on campaign concepts
Assist with content calendars and scheduling
Engage with community (comments, DMs, trend participation)
Track performance and report on key metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares)
Who You Are
Deeply plugged into TikTok + Instagram culture (you know trends before they peak)
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Creative storyteller with a strong visual eye
Comfortable being scrappy and experimenting with content
Organized and able to manage multiple posts/projects at once
Passionate about music and artist development
Nice to Have
Experience running or growing your own social account
Understanding of music marketing or artist rollouts
Basic analytics knowledge (what makes content perform)
