Responsibilities

Learn how to identify and connect with potential business clients

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking

Build strong professional relationships with decision-makers

Present Rylem Staffing’s services and value proposition

Collaborate with our recruiting team to match clients with top talent

Support negotiations and help close new business deals

Track your progress and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident speaking with professionals and executives

Competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and be coached

Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
