Customer Relationship Management Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of CRM to join a fast paced, women's fashion organization on the DTC team. With a significant fleet of B&M and a thriving ecommerce business this role will have tremendous impact. REMOTE ROLE

The Manager of CRM will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our customer engagement ecosystem across owned, and loyalty channels. This role requires a data-driven leader with a proven ability to blend analytics, creativity, and technology to deepen customer relationships, increase lifetime value, and drive growth across the full purchasing funnel.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Requirements:

MUST COME FROM A RETAIL BACKGROUND

5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on retention, loyalty, SMS, email, and CRM automation/journeys.

Must have significant strategy experience on email and SMS marketing

Strong expertise in customer segmentation, analytics, and insights with a track record of driving repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Deep understanding of marketing technology and its role in creating seamless omnichannel experiences.

Proven analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives under tight timelines.

Experience managing databases, reporting, and CRM platforms.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
