Sponsorship Sales Manager

to play a key role in accelerating our growth.

The Opportunity
This is a

high-impact, revenue-generating role

where you will own and drive sponsorship sales across a portfolio of industry-leading events. You will work directly with senior stakeholders at enterprise organizations, building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth

Own the full sponsorship sales cycle from prospecting to close

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets across your event portfolio

Strategic Prospecting

Identify and engage senior decision-makers (Director level and above)

Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and CRM management

Consultative Selling

Understand client objectives and position tailored sponsorship solutions

Create compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI and business value

Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with sponsors

Act as a trusted advisor to clients within your verticals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and production teams to align messaging and execution

Ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship agreements and activations

Pipeline & Performance Management

Track activity and performance in HubSpot

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership

What You Bring

2–5+ years of experience in

B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or business development

Proven track record of

meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to confidently engage

senior executives (Director+)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Experience in events, media, or conference sales is a strong asset
