Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, lead generation, campaign execution, content planning, and overall marketing growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to plan campaigns, manage multiple deadlines, create marketing materials, track performance, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across digital platforms, supporting new product or service launches, reviewing campaign performance, and using data to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with basic SEO-related administrative tasks such as keyword tracking, page update coordination, and performance reporting support.

Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and marketing documents for leadership review.

Maintain organized digital files, databases, and project trackers to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow.

Planning, supporting, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Assisting with brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, service promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Creating and coordinating marketing content, including emails, social media posts, ads, flyers, landing page copy, campaign briefs, and promotional materials.

Managing marketing calendars, campaign timelines, content deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables.

Coordinating with leadership, sales, design, web, social media, operations, and other teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time.

Using marketing tools to schedule content, track performance, monitor engagement, and support campaign execution.

Reviewing campaign data to evaluate performance, ROI, conversions, engagement, reach, traffic, and customer response.

Preparing basic reports and summaries for leadership on campaign progress, results, and recommendations.

Supporting email marketing campaigns, funnels, newsletters, promotional sequences, and customer follow-ups.

Assisting with market research, competitor review, audience targeting, messaging, and campaign positioning.

Identifying opportunities to improve underperforming campaigns through content changes, audience adjustments, timing, platform selection, or creative updates.

Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Managing multiple tasks, campaigns, calendars, and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery.

Support marketing operations by helping organize campaigns, content calendars, promotional timelines, and project deadlines.

Coordinate inbound and outbound communications, including emails, vendor follow-up, and client-facing correspondence.

Required Qualifications

Professional or educational background in marketing, business, communications, digital media, advertising, public relations, or a related field.

Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, product launches, service promotions, or brand awareness initiatives.

Ability to share examples of campaigns, projects, or marketing materials they have worked on, including their specific role.

Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

Understanding of branding platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, email marketing, and website/SEO channels.

Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rate, click-through rate, engagement rate, reach, traffic, leads, and sales.

Ability to promote a new product, company, or service through research, positioning, audience targeting, messaging, content planning, and campaign execution.

Experience creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets; pivot table experience is preferred.

Strong organization and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, calendars, and stakeholder requests at the same time.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt when priorities, requirements, or campaign direction changes.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with email marketing funnels, automation, newsletters, or lead nurturing campaigns.

Experience with social media advertising or paid campaign support.

Experience with SEO, website content, landing pages, or blog marketing.

Experience working with designers, web specialists, sales teams, or external vendors.

Experience creating campaign calendars or content calendars.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns, content, reports, or project examples.

Work Environment

Flexible remote work schedule.

Must have access to a reliable internet connection and be able to maintain regular communication via email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms.
