Responsibilities

Own our CRM (Monday.com)
Write and manage sales follow-ups
Run outbound via email, SMS, phone
Keep the pipeline clean and moving
Report weekly on deals, blocks, and next steps
Qualifications

Have 2+ years in a CRM-heavy sales role
Be fluent in Monday.com, Apollo, or similar
Work fast, without hand-holding
Write clearly and track leads like your life depends on it
