Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director (think of them as your strategic co‑pilot), you will be the engine driving profitable revenue growth and client obsession across your district.

Data‑Driven Excellence
– Utilize Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) – Revenue per Appointment, First Time Right, client satisfaction scores – to provide personalized coaching that boosts earnings and success rates.
Business Development & Strategy
– You are the chief strategist for market penetration, always looking ahead to identify and capture new territory.

What's In It For You?
Annual base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000
Bonus incentive plan up to 25% of the base salary
