The Role
As a

Business Development Manager , you will create and foster strong business relationships. Your primary focus will be to build a sales pipeline for our ServiceNow solutions in TOLA, license, and implementation‑related services. In this role, you’ll work closely with ServiceNow and Presidio sellers to drive ServiceNow solutions to commercial and enterprise accounts. You will assume some existing accounts, but you will also be responsible for expanding our portfolio within the defined territory to develop new relationships and close new business.

Travel Requirements
In this role you will be remote but expected to travel up to 50% of the time in the territory TOLA (mainly Houston), visiting customers and Presidio and ServiceNow sellers.

Job Responsibilities

Lead generation strategies and execution for the territory

Work closely with channel and vendor partners

Collaborate with delivery teams throughout the sales cycle

Exhibit customer and account control leveraging our sales playbook and MAP

Present and negotiate proposals (including RFPs/RFIs) leading to Statements of Work

Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to assist them

Provide regular status and projections against sales activities

Required Skills

Experience managing an ongoing sales pipeline/book of business of approximately $1‑5m+

Demonstrated ability to present and influence buyers (including C‑level executives)

Demonstrated problem‑solving and organizational skills

Ability to forecast current and future business

Align capabilities to business drivers within your customer/prospect’s organizations

Service Management solutions knowledge

Prior “Value Selling” or similar framework training

Managed Services sales experience

Additional Desired Skills

2+ years working in ServiceNow Services or Solutions – a plus

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience

5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions and/or services
