Overview
Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing sales activities, developing new customers, and increasing market share of Masterbatch products across target industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities

Promote company products including Color, Additive and Filler Masterbatches in relevant industries

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Prepare and implement sales plans and strategies for business growth

Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements

Provide product presentations and technical discussions with customers

Coordinate with production, R&D and technical teams for product development and trials

Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities

Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term business relationships

Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts and close sales deals

Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates for management

Key Accountabilities

Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth

Expansion of customer base in the Masterbatch market

Strengthening relationships with key customers and distributors

Skills Required

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of plastics / polymer / masterbatch industry

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales
