Qualifications
Education
– Required: High School Diploma. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Business, or a Social Science related field.
Experience
– Required: 2 years of related experience in case management for applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 1 year of related experience for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree.
Summary
The Program Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision of Parent Educators through quality assurance and improvement functions such as home visits, outreach/recruitment, weekly productivity meetings, and chart audits.
Essential Functions
Oversee Parent Educators’ services to clients, including intake assessments, state benefit assessments/applications, goal setting, case plan development, home visits, progress monitoring with standardized testing tools, client advocacy, referrals, and compliance with state and federal standards.
Coordinate supplemental events/projects such as collaborative improvement initiatives, local community coalition involvement, outreach, and recruitment efforts.
Assist in performing client file audits on a monthly basis or as requested by the program director.
Serve clients directly in case of a vacancy in the Parent Educator position.
Complete accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies, procedures, contract, and regulatory requirements.
Review Salesforce reports for compliance with program requirements.
Meet all pre‑determined reporting deadlines required by program, state, and federal partners.
Adhere to all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
Measurable Deliverables
Meet with parent educators weekly to review progress reports and provide guidance.
Perform monthly client file audits or as requested by the program director.
Participate in conference calls with partner agencies assigned by the program director.
Ensure appropriate referrals are routed to Parent Educators to maintain a full caseload.
Collaborate with Family Resource Center at least once per month on community activity or outreach efforts.
Use productivity tools to monitor Parent Educators’ productivity and provide constructive feedback.
Track monthly performance measures for each Parent Educator and enter information into Salesforce as required.
Complete any other duties assigned by the program director.
Requirements
Maintain current licenses, including any certificates required for the position (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
Pass pre‑employment and biennial criminal background checks.
Drive a vehicle and comply with safety procedures in accordance with program requirements.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain professional composure at all times.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
Work effectively and without intensive supervision, both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
