We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. What this means is that instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force, they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services and we are responsible for representing them in local markets.

and we are adding a Entry Level Sales Team Leader to our fast growing and successful Sales Team.

This is an entry-level position with merit based promotions. Paid training is provided!

A day in the life of the Sales Team Lead includes:

Ensure the team is focused and executes sales campaigns in a compliant manner

Support, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve sales and profit goals

Strategic Account Management

One to one sales based interaction with customers

Assist the team in creating over turns and sales pitches

Lead team by example

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

Willingness to work in a team of professionals, but can work independently as well

2 year degree is preferred, but NOT required

Passion for business development and leadership

Willingness to travel (optional)
