Qualification Requirements
A successful candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing operations, account coordination, or verification-driven roles, with the ability to apply standards, manage review workflows, and communicate clearly and professionally with external partners.

Responsibilities

Monitored and responded to all customer form submissions, within 1 business day, 5 to 30 per month.

Responses delivered within Eastern US Time Zone business hours from email and LinkedIn messenger. Ensured all new customer inquiries submitted to IRH were reviewed according to IRH’s SOP and work instructions for communicating with sponsors. Categorized and tracked all incoming questions and requests in the provided Google Sheets Tracker. Ensured that any customer inquiry requiring internal input, technical support, or decision-making is passed along the same business day.

Reminded and assisted sponsors, up to 30 per month, with their sponsorship progress.

Manually sent brief reminder emails to sponsors as directed, scheduled meetings to solve inquiries via phone call within 72 hours if necessary, and logged responses or follow-up in the Google Sheets Tracker.

Verified sponsor profile submissions within 2 business days, up to 15 per week.

Reviewed Company Details Page form submissions in Airtable, verifying according to checklist for accuracy, completeness, and quality before marking as verified.

Reviewed and processed sponsor submissions within 2 business days, up to 15 per week.

Similar process for new company submissions via public intake form, marking as verified or approved after review.

Up to 5 hours/week pre-approved hours budget, from Aug-Oct 2025

Brand Manager for support and escalation

15 minute meetings with Brand Manager, Tues-Thurs for first 3 weeks, 1-2 meetings per week after week 3

Limitations / Missing Resources

Dedicated IT team for technical support

Brand Manager and Website Coordinator unavailable on Mondays

SOP and work instructions are in draft; expect issues and opportunity to improve the process

Automation effectiveness uncertain; may need to troubleshoot with sponsors

Sponsors may ask questions the coordinator does not know; must follow up within 3 business days and add to FAQ or SOP as needed.

Contractors must be physically located in the Philippines and not prohibited from performing services for a United States employer. Applicants who are not physically located in the Philippines may be removed from consideration.
