Customer Fulfillment and Export Specialist

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the sales team to support customer contracts and long-term relationships
Manage and interpret sales contracts, ensuring all terms and specifications are executed accurately
Coordinate order fulfillment and production planning based on contract requirements
Act as the primary liaison between sales and production to ensure smooth execution
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or issues
Support customers by understanding export processes and requirements
Ensure orders are entered, released, and fulfilled accurately and on time
Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment and order management processes
Requirements

Experience in customer fulfillment, contract management, sales support, logistics, or similar
Working knowledge of export processes (documentation experience not required)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contract-driven work
Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused mindset
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating internal systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
