About the Role
Terra Labor is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage the sales process from qualified lead to signed contract. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in B2B service sales and values long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full sales cycle from presentation through contract execution

Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention

Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts

Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract terms

Execute closing strategies and finalize agreements

Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery

Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools

Travel regularly (50–70%) to meet clients

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B service sales experience

Proven ability to close deals and build relationships

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Bilingual (Spanish & English) required

Self-motivated and comfortable in a client-facing role
