Job Overview:

SynqSol Nexuus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced freelance content writers with a strong background in psychology to create engaging, accurate, and reader-friendly content. The ideal candidate should simplify complex psychological concepts for a general audience while maintaining factual integrity and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, original psychology-related content (blogs, articles, guides, etc.)

Translate complex psychological theories into simple, engaging narratives

Conduct thorough research and ensure accuracy of information

Adhere to deadlines and content guidelines

Maintain a consistent tone suitable for a broad, non-specialist audience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing (preferably in psychology, mental health, or related fields)

Strong command of professional English (written and grammar)

Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences

Familiarity with psychological frameworks, theories, and concepts

Proven portfolio of published or sample work

Additional Requirement (Mandatory Screening Task):
Applicants must submit three 100-word writing samples on the topic: "Explaining the OCEAN Theory of Personality to a General Audience"

One sample should be written in paragraph form

One in bullet points

One in a mixed format (paragraph + points)

Guidelines for the Sample:

The content should be easy to understand for readers with no psychology background

Use simple language, relatable examples, and a conversational tone

Must be 100% original, human-written, and AI-generated content is strictly prohibited

The sample should demonstrate clarity, engagement, and accuracy
