Associate Director, Communications (BC)

The Associate Director of Communications is responsible for the external communications, internal communications, and marketing at Beloved Community. As Associate Director of Communications, you play a critical role in the day-to-day operation and strategic output of communications by being the content visionary, who establishes Beloved’s voice for external public communications and internal partner communications.
Alongside the CEO, you develop and tell the story of Beloved, aggregating annual data to produce impact reports, circulations, promotional video materials and PR. You directly support all teams with strategic communications needs: business development, data & research, education & programming, and enterprise software sales. You develop the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Beloved Community’s mission.
