Location: Fully remote -- EST hours 9Am -6Pm

Position Summary:

The Creative Strategy and Integration team is part of the Visual Storytelling division of company Creative Studio and is responsible for the strategic creative vision and execution plan for Creative Studio's portfolio of work. We also create and optimize new and innovative workflows across digital, streaming, broadcast, and marketing. The Creative Coordinator supports the Producers and Creatives in various stages throughout any project that company Creative Studio takes on, specifically the creative strategy for Super Bowl LXI.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of creative strategy projects and optimization initiatives across Visual Storytelling

Partner with Creative Producer to manage daily operations, track Super Bowl LXI discussions, and capture strategic insights

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure milestone readiness for Super Bowl LXI

Assist with the creation and oversight of project schedules, deliverable lists, internal microsites, department asset library, and promotional tools

Assist in preparing and supporting promotional assets for studio and live action productions

Assist Producers in quality checking of promotional materials

Develop and leverage relationships with our client departments to obtain material and assets to support project needs

Leverage ESPN libraries and footage servers to screen, log, and clip assets for Creative teams

Assist in preparation for presentations

Develop thorough knowledge of various network/show looks

Accountable for strict adherence to established department procedures

Required Qualifications:

Year experience in broadcast and/or digital producing experience

Demonstrated communication and organization skills

Demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of situations

Demonstrated leadership experience in a professional role, organization or activity

Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask and deliver consistently with accuracy in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment, with diverse personalities and working styles

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of ESPN distribution points, including MVPDs and SVODs

Experience with Airtable

Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Atlassian tools, Smartsheet, etc.

Experience with creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Powerpoint, etc.

Required Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree in related field
