RIK JAMES is an e-commerce agency that helps online stores grow profitably. For our performance team, we are looking for a Meta Ads Manager who will not only set up campaigns, but scale them strategically.

Responsibilities
Your mission

You will be responsible for our clients' entire meta ads strategy – from target group analysis to campaign creation and data-driven optimization.

Campaign strategy: You will develop full-funnel strategies for Facebook and Instagram ads that contribute to our clients' business goals.

Audience analysis: You define audiences based on data, insights, and a deep understanding of the audience – not a shotgun, but precision.

Creative Direction: You work closely with our design team, give creative briefs and know which ad formats perform when.

Media Buying & Scaling: You manage budgets, test systematically and scale what works – without losing sight of profitability.

Analysis & Reporting: You will analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR and CPA, recognize patterns and derive optimization measures.

Testing culture: You systematically test creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies – A/B tests are part of your everyday life, not the exception.

Qualification
What you bring to the table

Demonstrable experience in managing meta ads campaigns – ideally in e-commerce.

You know Ads Manager inside out: campaign structure, budgeting, bidding strategies – no stranger to words.

Data-driven mindset: You optimize based on numbers, not on feeling.

Creative Eye: You can tell a good ad when you see it—and why it works.

Strong communication skills: You can present results and strategies in an understandable way.

Fluent in German – English is an advantage.

Your degree? Unimportant. What counts: You can run campaigns that bring in sales.
