Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students. This is a full-time remote position requiring you to be on camera during working hours. You will play a crucial role in managing communications and ensuring a smooth experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students via video call with a welcoming and positive attitude.

Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.

Schedule appointments and manage the academy's calendar.

Provide accurate information about our programs, courses, and policies.

Assist with administrative tasks and maintain digital records.

Handle student inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using video conferencing tools and office software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
