Scope of the Role:
We’re seeking a

Digital Advertising Specialist

who is deeply skilled in

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising

and passionate about performance-driven creative. You will own and execute the paid social strategy, optimize campaigns for efficiency and growth, and collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content that converts.

This role requires a balance of analytical expertise and creative intuition — perfect for someone who loves diving into data and testing new ideas to drive results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full lifecycle of

Meta advertising campaigns , from planning to execution and optimization.

Set and manage

budgets

to ensure efficient allocation of spend across multiple audiences and objectives.

Analyze performance data

to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve ROAS.

Collaborate with the

creative team

to develop and test ad concepts, visuals, and copy that align with brand goals.

Provide

data-backed creative direction

to guide ad production and strategy.

Partner with the

Marketing Director

to align paid social initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Experiment and innovate

with new ad formats, placements, and audience targeting methods.

(Bonus) Create

quick-turn ad variations

using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.

Explore

new paid social channels

(TikTok, Reddit, or emerging platforms) as opportunities arise.

Years of Experience:

3+ years managing and scaling paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads.

Background:

Proven track record of managing Meta ad accounts end-to-end (budget creation, optimization, reporting).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.

Experience managing campaigns across

multiple geographies

(Canada, U.S., U.K., Australia preferred).

Hands-on experience with

Meta catalog integrations and product feeds

(e.g., Plytix, Shopify, Klaviyo).

Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, providing sharp feedback on visuals, copy, and ad formats.

Proactive, curious, and adaptable — always testing, learning, and optimizing.

Active interest or participation in the

fitness and strength training industry

is a strong plus.

Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms)

Shopify

Plytix

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro
