About the Role
The Director leads investor strategy, capital raising execution, and overall investor communications. This role aligns investment opportunities with capital and drives successful fundraising outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

Capital Raising & Investor Strategy
* Lead capital raising efforts for deals and investment vehicles
* Develop investor targeting and engagement strategies
* Manage and deepen key investor relationships

Deal Structuring & Positioning
* Provide strategic input on capital structure and investment strategy
* Ensure deals are well-positioned for investor demand

Leadership & Strategy
* Oversee investor relations and investment support teams
* Advise leadership on investor sentiment and capital market dynamics

Required Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 6–10 years of relevant experience

Language Requirement
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.

The expected salary range for this position is

$130K to $140K per year . The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
