This role is ideal for freelancers looking to supplement their existing workload. It currently requires approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours.

Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Executive to join our team in a part‑time, remote capacity. This multifaceted role requires a blend of relationship management, project coordination, and client communications. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while having a firm grasp on projects from initial brief to final delivery and providing additional general client support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and day‑to‑day contact.

Project Management & Coordination:

Understand current design and branding projects, ensuring they run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. Experience creating detailed SOWs that clearly outline project objectives, scope, tasks, and required resources.

Creative Liaison:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team (designers, copywriters, etc.), translating client objectives, feedback, and insights into clear, actionable creative briefs and next steps. Ensure all client‑facing communications and deliverables are thoroughly proofread and aligned with brand standards. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director through final approvals and client delivery, guiding projects to a fully polished, delivery‑ready state.

Qualifications & Skills

5‑8 years of proven experience in account management or client‑facing project management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the creative process and design principles.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and foster a positive working environment.

A self‑starter who is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
45.00 per hour, 1099
