Jr Talent Manager

PD Talent is one of the leading influencer management companies representing top-tier talent across lifestyle, entertainment, sports, and reality TV. From major national campaigns to curated brand partnerships, our clients are some of the most recognizable names in digital media — including WAGs, celebrities, creators, and TV personalities. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Junior Talent Manager to help us keep the momentum growing.

What You’ll Do

Assist in managing day-to-day communications between talent and brands

Draft and track contracts, usage terms, and deliverables

Hands on management with celebrity, sports, and influencer clients

Support inbound PR/gifting opportunities and ensure proper talent alignment

Help pitch clients to brand partners and build casting decks

Maintain CRM records, campaign documents, and internal trackers

Provide hands‑on support to Senior Talent Managers and Co‑Founders

Who You Are

1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent, or social media

Highly organized and deadline‑driven with strong attention to detail

Strong written communication and a professional, proactive tone

Comfortable interfacing with brands, agents, and high‑profile personalities

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and social metrics

Able to manage multiple projects with a calm, client‑first approach

Have experience with creators in the parenting, beauty, home, or sports verticals

Are fluent in tools like Slack, and Canva

Understand paid usage rights, exclusivity, and whitelisting basics

Work directly with very hot up and coming talent, celebrities, and athletes.
