Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager

About The Role
Prime Line is seeking a strategic Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our Shopify‑powered digital presence. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic and ensuring that our digital catalog provides a high‑end, seamless experience that converts visitors into high‑value leads for our commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Shopify CMS:

Act as the strategic owner/liaison with IT of our Shopify‑powered site, managing the planning and delivery of all website operations.

Lead Generation & UX Optimization:

Create a roadmap for web content and UI/UX improvements, focusing on streamlining how customers discover products.

Search Visibility (SEO):

Implement a comprehensive Shopify SEO strategy to increase organic growth.

Analytics & Performance Insights:

Utilize GA4 and Shopify’s backend reporting to monitor traffic patterns and user behavior.

Shopify App & Tool Management:

Manage and optimize the Shopify app stack for a high‑performance experience across all devices.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Bachelor’s degree.

Ecommerce Experience:

3+ years’ experience in managing ecommerce and digital marketing operations.

Marketing Expertise:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and other paid media channels.

Communication:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, NetSuite, Shopify).

Getting Things Done:

Excellent analytical skills and strong project management abilities.

Compensation & Schedule
Salaried: based on experience. Full‑Time, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm Eastern). Some travel may be required.
