Key Responsibilities

Achieve apprenticeship starts and sales KPIs through effective new business generation and account management

Identify and engage with SME employers, particularly within Health & Social Care and Education

Provide expert advice on the Apprenticeship Levy, funding, and ROI

Develop tailored apprenticeship solutions aligned to employer needs

Build and nurture long‑lasting client relationships

Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high‑quality delivery

Conduct in‑person employer meetings to promote apprenticeship opportunities and strengthen partnerships

What we are looking for

Proven track record in apprenticeship sales (ideally within the Care sector)

Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to selling

Confident communicator able to influence and present to senior decision‑makers

Highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven

Passionate about apprenticeships and committed to making a positive impact

Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience desirable

Willingness to travel nationally (business‑insured vehicle required)
