About Us
InMobi is a leading global advertising platform offering data‑driven media solutions and consumer technology products such as Glance. The company operates in multiple regions, including Japan, where it partners with brands and agencies to deliver mobile, video, and native advertising. The Japan team focuses on growth of InMobi DSP (ROI) and InMobi Exchange (media revenue).

Key Responsibilities

Build revenue through digital agencies and direct connections with advertisers in Japan.

Manage a book of business while collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, CSM, Technical Operations, Business Analysts, and Creative Services.

Develop close strategic relationships with clients and account for sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Drive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams, ensuring ad campaigns meet client needs.

Orchestrate cross‑functional support required to align campaigns with client expectations.

Create and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.

Qualifications

5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience with individual targets, preferably in programmatic/ad‑tech.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong sales experience and versatility in problem‑solving with extensive contacts across agencies, DSP, ad‑tech and advertisers.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, deep understanding of the digital ad marketplace.

Native‑level Japanese required; business‑level English preferred.

Prior client‑facing experience with revenue management for a product/line/account/geography.

Ability to operate across global cultures and in a matrix environment.

Intermediate/advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Proficiency in ad‑tech ecosystem (ad exchanges, networks, DSP, first/third‑party audience targeting, ad‑operations, delivery, measurement).
